Yvonne Hall is a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Executive with over two decades of leadership experience across the Caribbean. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager, Group Human Resources at Republic Bank Limited, and previously as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited, she has led teams in strategic HR initiatives, talent development, compensation strategy, and employee engagement for a unionized workforce.
Yvonne has completed the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional designations and holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Organizational Behaviour from York University. Her career spans pivotal roles in banking, insurance, tourism, and consulting, with a strong track record in HRIS implementation, employee engagement, and policy harmonization across regional and global teams.
She is the Immediate Past President of the Barbados Employers’ Confederation (BEC) and has been a vocal advocate for employer interests in national policy reform, including minimum wage legislation and pandemic response strategies.
Yvonne is passionate about aligning HR practices with business goals and creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
