Loraine Guevara is an accomplished Human Resources Generalist with more than fifteen years’ core experience and a subject matter expert in organizational design and job evaluation. She is known for her proactive and empathetic leadership style and is passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization’s success.
She is currently the Manager – Operations and Organizational Design at First Citizens where she also serves as an alternate on the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.
Loraine holds a Master of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and is certified in the use and application of the Hay Methodology.
