Danica Williams is a passionate and dynamic Human Resource Practitioner with a successful track record for implementation of many Human Resources solutions in Organizational Effectiveness.
Danica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counselling, a Master’s in Human Resource Management and is Change Management certified with PROSCI. She is currently affiliated with the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago (HRMATT) and the Caribbean Society for Human Resource Professionals (CSHRP). A very avid learner with 8 years’ HR experience.
She is currently the Manager – Organisational Effectiveness at the Unit Trust Corporation.
