Andre St. Clair - President

Mr. Andre St Clair, is the Republic Bank Limited representative on the IBF Council. Mr. St Clair who is the Senior Manager Group Human Resources at RBL has over 25 years’ experience in the regional insurance and financial services industry having held several senior Management positions with COLFIRE, RBTT Bank, RBC Royal Bank and CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank before joining RBL in February 2016.

Mr. St Clair is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a B.Sc. in Management Studies (St Augustine Campus), and a M.Sc. Labour & Employee Relations with Distinction (Cave Hill Campus). He is also a member and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (FCCA/ACCA), as well as being a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).

Apart from his career pursuits his passion for human development is also channeled in his responsibilities as a member of the leadership teams of the Congress Corporate and Global Communication and Technology Sectors of Congress WBN (C-WBN) – a unique, faith-based organization effecting human, social and national transformation in over 115 countries in six continents throughout the earth. Congress WBN is a UK registered charity, in with offices in major world cities including London, Washington D.C., Brussels, Port of Spain, Johannesburg, Nairobi, Harare, Lagos, Addis Ababa, Lusaka, Mumbai and Wellington in New Zealand.
