Marsha started her career in the field of Investment Banking having gained her experience through employment with various firms in New York including Banc of America Securities, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays. She has also been employed locally within the commercial banking sector with Republic Bank Limited.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from South Carolina State University, where she graduated at the top of her class and attained Summa Cum Laude honours. Marsha also earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business where she also lectured a course in Professional Development to undergraduate students seeking a career on Wall Street.
Prior to her appointment as CEO, Marsha held the position of Manager, Quality Assurance and Organizational Effectiveness at IBF where she was instrumental in the re-accreditation of IBF’s flagship programme, the Professional Certificate for Financial Advisors (Cert. FA) and the achievement of other initiatives within the organization.
