Stacey-Ann Paty

Ms. Stacey-Ann Paty is a seasoned financial services professional with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience across banking, treasury, wealth management, and corporate operations throughout the Caribbean. Her career has been defined by driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and translating strategic priorities into measurable business results.

Currently at RBC Caribbean, she leads and drives strategic initiatives across Commercial & Specialized Businesses, partnering with teams in corporate banking, brokerage services, trust, investment management and the off-shore banking business. Her focus is on enhancing operational performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth across Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean region.

Throughout her career, she has built and led multiple revenue-generating teams, including sales and relationship management in small business banking, regional foreign exchange sales operations across Caribbean markets, and sales strategy development within personal banking. Her operational achievements include business transformation, team restructuring, operating model optimization, and the development of treasury and foreign exchange capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.

Beyond her corporate role, she brings significant board-level governance experience, serving as Chair of a trust organization with fiduciary oversight responsibility for investment governance and stakeholder outcomes. Her governance experience includes chairing investment management boards and serving on pension management committees. She currently serves as Vice Chair of The Shelter, contributing to governance and strategic direction in support of survivors of domestic violence in Trinidad and Tobago.
