Allister Dick

Allister Dick is the Manager, Portfolio Management at CIBC Caribbean Bank (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited, a position he has held since March 2024. With over 30 years of progressive banking experience, he serves in a leadership role with a strong focus on credit operations, transaction management, and risk mitigation across corporate banking unit. In his most recent role as Credit Manager, he collaborated closely with the Corporate Manager to oversee assigned client portfolios, achieving customer satisfaction year-on-year.

Prior to CIBC Caribbean, Allister served as Assistant Manager of Credit and Underwriting at the Export-Import Bank of Trinidad and where he contributed significantly to risk management, portfolio management, and credit underwriting. He also held the role of Loans Supervisor at First Citizens Bank Limited. Allister holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London. He also holds a Certificate for Financial Advisors from the Institute of Banking & Finance of Trinidad and Tobago and a General Insurance Business License from the Trinidad & Tobago Insurance Institute. His broad technical background, combined with his extensive banking experience, positions him as a versatile and results-driven professional with a demonstrated history of driving profitability and organisational success.
